The location of this hotel was great, it's very close to a beautiful park and a short walk from some nice restaurants and shops. the room we stayed in was spacious and had a nice balcony with a pleasant view. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the fact that we were given fresh towels every day.
Our experience here during Easter was not very good. the breakfast served was not up to our expectations, the selection was very limited, and there was not much available for vegetarians like us.

Spacious, well-appointed apartment. Large private garden with jacuzzi. Quiet location near Trautmannsdorf gardens. Close to Merano town centre and Meran 2000. Friendly owner and staff. Lovely pool. Great base for exploring the area. Free e-bikes and private garage

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the spacious and well-decorated apartment with new and high-quality amenities, beautiful pool with a view of the mountains, and private garden with a jacuzzi and lounge area. The free e-bikes and private garage added extra convenience, while the staff were very kind and accommodating throughout our stay.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Guests can make the most of the lovely pool, private garden with a jacuzzi, and free e, bikes to explore the surroundings. the attentive and friendly service, including thoughtful gestures such as birthday Prosecco and early check, ins, enhances the overall experience.
Some guests reported confusion upon arrival due to the lack of informative emails regarding check, in procedures.

Beautiful surroundings and luxurious amenities, including a great pool and lovely scenery. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed with modern decor. The location is fabulous too! Quiet, yet close to restaurants and shopping.
The staff seemed a bit unfriendly and didn't go out of their way to make us feel welcome. some aspects of the hotel were in need of attention, such as broken tiles near the pool and chipped paint on the walls.
